What has been people's experiences with Topaz Garages?

Do they all pay out the rewards, or is it only those listed on the AIB rewards site?

According to the AIB reps in boards all the Topaz stations qualify for the rewards

Was waiting on 8% cashback from JDsports online, no sign of it.
Opened a ticket with the AIB helpdesk,got an automated reply to say my query would be answered within 5 working days, my query was replied to on day 4.

They said "refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach your card/bank account "

I shall be watching it to arrive next Monday or will get back onto them.

I've a pain in me hoop with this so far, one reward applied (Boots to my wife) 2 shops in Lidl (one my card, one my wifes) 2 shops in M&S (same) and nothing. It really shouldn't be this tricky for them to apply the rewards.

The missus did a Lidl shop on Monday, and we got the email last night with the €10 refund details.

I think everyone who has been due a reward has gotten it. Some are taking longer than others, but hey it's free money, you'll get it.

Update for Smyths: Click and Collect (Where you enter your Visa Debit/credit details and pay online and collect in store) DOES work with AIB.

In my offer history I have my tidy 8% confirmed and ready to be deposited into my account.

yea, never saw any reason why it wouldn't, you are buying online! I just got my refund from them, bought Monday night, collected Tuesday (my last day of offer), got notice of reward this morning.

Also got fuel in Topaz Kilmainham for anyone wondering and got my refund there.

Used Topaz in Rathfarnham on Monday and the reward was processed today.

My new offers valid up to the 9th of June include €10 off when you spend €35 in lidl and €5 off in Boots. Using my 2 cards that's spend €70 in 2 transactions in lidl and get €20 back......nice.

That could be it...I didn't get to Lidl to use the last â‚¬5 offer but did use the Topaz cash back offer so maybe that's why I got the Lidl â‚¬10 offer ?

I'm loving it! I've the platinum card and always get something back there. But have used boots, Lidl. Topaz, smyths, H&M, elverys and Eason offers so far. All shops I use and stuff I needed like presents etc and would be buying anyhow. Hubby has used elverys, topaz and Lidl. It's great!

If you have two cards register the cards with different email addresses. That way you can use the same offer twice.

You see them in the rich suburbs of Dublin too. It is nice to be in and out of a Supermarket within 10 mins. Unlike suburban Tescos which take about 4 hours and a compass to navigate

I would prefer if these offers were to promote contact less rather than bigger purchases which you would use with card anyway. I find Irish people are adverse to using contactless

Any time I go to Lidl the queues are always painfully slow and usually only ever about 2 till open.

Why do you care if they promote contactless? I never use it

Edit, I should add that I don't have a debit card, only hole in the wall card to get cash which is used for most purchases under about 20 quid and the credit card for everything else

Well my AIB visa card doesn't have contactless so kind of hard to use.

They are in the process of replacing AIB Visa credit cards with contactless, so you should have a new one soon.

I had Topaz down as expiring today on AIB, but it's not showing up for me at the moment. Will it still be valid?

It is appearing for PTSB, but I'd prefer to use AIB (credit vs debit).

looking to see what the new deals are

got cashback already on Lidl, Topaz and 15% on Elverys, over €25 back so far
