Trouble logging into hub 3.0

When i log into the webpage for my router it shows the old UPC login page not the Hub password page. Anyone know how to fix this please? I tried both ip addresses and they both show up that way

On your laptop / PC , click start , type CMD.

When the command prompt window loads , type ipconfig and hit enter.
Look for the ip address and default gateway for your connection.

The Default Gateway is the ip address of your router.
Is that the address you are entering into the address bar on the browser?
