Is it possible to put parental control on youtube in such a way that a kid wont easily be able to remove it ?

If there are unsuitable videos on YouTube it will ask you to login with your email address to confirm your age. Alternatively you could block YouTube on your router using the built in parental controls that should be a feature of it.

If your kid uses the internets and you worry about it, use OpenDNS - you set it in your router and it blocks adult content.

IMO, the best way to do this is to block it from your Router. You could also set an schedule when to start blocking the site and when to allow it. You can also block search phrases.
