Delivery delay for item from Russia

I ordered something from a Russia-based eBay seller over a month ago. It arrived in Ireland three weeks ago according to the tracking on the Russia Post website. There's no tracking appearing on the An Post site. I've ordered two items from the same seller previously and the items both were delivered a day or two after…

I ordered something from a Russia-based eBay seller over a month ago. It arrived in Ireland three weeks ago according to the tracking on the Russia Post website. Could there be any delay with customs or something like that? Thanks.
