Duty Tax while ordering from Germany

I am planning to order a wrist watch from Germany and wondering if i have to pay duty tax upon its arrival to Ireland?

You shouldn't have to. Germany and Ireland are in Europe and there is a trade agreement between the countries. Duty will have been paid in Germany (if it's due), and you will pay the German rate of VAT on the watch to the German supplier upon purchasing

check if you are buying from Germany or from China with a German intermediary.
