Hi can somebody do a line test for me please ? my Eir landline was crackling for a few days ,now its gone completely , internet still fine though

Thanks for getting in touch and I'm sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately we would be unable to do a line test from here.

I would recommend contacting our faults team on 1901 and they will be able to assist you with this.
