Alonso hazard and Pedro tonight anything less than 20 pts and I'm done.

20 pts exactly. In between houses at the minute so no TV how did Pedro play.

Pedro and Hazard were played deeper than usual, neither played particularly well.
Costa, Fabregas and Alonso were Chelsea's most dangerous players.

Busy but mostly on the fringes. Fab ran the show and picked off numerous passes to the sides of the three narrow Boro CBs and it was usually Costa, Alonso or Moses on the end of them.

Played WC this week. Had exact MITB to include Alonso. Forgot to confirm and Stephens rose 0.1 overnight. Made the call to downgrade to Cahill as all my defenders were budget options and I wanted Chelsea defence without changing rest of my team. Besides, theyll prob get a similar score . . . . I thought!

Money league rival has Alonso and therefore wipes out my Cahill, Haz, Costa trio. Most other non Alonso owners will have a similar tale to tell I'm sure.

That's very unlucky to be fair. I had to keep him in the team as he looks like scoring every game. The Aguero to Jesus funds came in handy, otherwise he'd be gone

    67 (WC)

Cech, Yoshida, Oxlade-Chamberlain and Sanchez (C) to go.

It has been a good day.

57 with Yoshida, Gabby, Sanchez & Monreal to go

CS all round for my defenders and goalkeepers. Just two assists from my attackers :i

Sitting on a season high of 7175 with Sanchez TC, Cedric and Tadic to play, so i think I'll be able to improve on that still, but I'll be up against it in 37 when so many people will have a chip to use when I do not.

Likewise at 6,970 but no chips for 37. Sanchez (c) and Stephens.

First OR I've posted that hasn't felt necessary to round off. :D

Up to 9,662 with Sanchez(c) and Monreal left this week.

Captaincy is going to be a huge decision next week.

    15 (-8) from 5. 12k down to 15k 57k. 6 to go including (C) & 4 DGWers. Hopefully that can change the trend.

After the Spurs crash yesterday, it went OKish today. Jesus & King delivered. Not as much as I'd've liked but ya can't be too greedy. The big let down was Heaton. 1 pt home to WBA in a GW with 5 CS out of 7 games so far is too bad.
Think I was at 52k last night after Sanchez captain fail but Monreal justifying my 4 pts hit for him & Stephens doing everything he can so far to save my season (I took a 20 pts hit over the last 2GWs and he alone returned 15 pts so far! Hero!). Gabby didn't do much but played over 60 min. Let's hope he can remember how to score on Wednesday.

Alonso & Hazard today brought me up to 42k. So am 3k up from last GW. 4 players to go including captain. Let's hope the trend can only improve now :p.

62 and up to 3,094. Still have Sanchez (C), Monreal, Yoshida and Tadic to play, so I'm hopeful of further progress.

I've TC to play next week.

60 with Cedric and (c)Sanchez to play.A very welcome 20 points from Alonso and Costa last night.

72 (-4) and up to 13k after BB. Stephens, Monreal, Gabbiadini and Sanchez (c) to go.

Koscielny a doubt for Arsenal's trip to Southampton and will undergo a fitness test. Xhaka set to be available https://t.co/Cof4RSCQJS

    That's why I didn't even consider kos
Always seems to be picking up knocks that keep him out
Big blow to Arsenal clean sheet potential though
Boost for gabbi if he starts
They surely will have a bette go at Home

    Currently sitting on 52 (-16)

Have Sanchez (C) to go as well as Yoshida who hopefully could get me a goal

Totted up the five transfers I made vs the ones out.

Transferred in players = 25 points
    Transferred out players = 4

Gained 5 points even with a -16 and looking a lot better for this coming DGW

Largest hit I've ever made but nice to see the rewards come off with 13 DGWers for this week as playing a BB

I cannot believe how going for some differentials have absolutely fcuked over my challenge for top spot.

I have Koscielny, he has Monreal. Koscielny gets booked and is now a doubt.

I have Cahill, he has Alonso. Alonso gets a goal.

I have Bertrand, he has Stephens. I get a yellow, he gets a bonus.

I think I am just going to try and settle for third in my main cash league and win one of my other lesser cash leagues.

Costa, Fabregas and Alonso were definitely the biggest threats, but as a biased Pedro owner, I thought he played well. He seemed a bit more advanced in the second half and was unlucky not to score. Hit the bar and had a couple of other good chances.

    Is this a joke?
Cahill scored in the 2 games prior you weren't moaning then!

I presume he wildcarded this week and got Cahill over Alonso as a differential based on his goal threat the past two weeks.

Or couldn't afford Alonso like me.
Got Azpi instead so wasn't that bad.

I genuinely think Alonso may well be my favourite FPL player of all time. He is just ALWAYS forward. It's so fun watching him having him in your team because he is always in and around the attacks.

I genuinely feel he has underperformed in terms of total score this season. Based on his attacking exploits this year it could have been way way more, and if Chelsea keep playing the same way next year, he may well do so.

I'll have him in my team even at 7.5.

Any chance of him being put as a midfielder ya reckon?

It's not impossible. I would be surprised though.

Id say they'll make him and Moses the same position anyway

    I think he will be.
Alonso and Moses have to be the same position in FPL next season and I don't think they'll make Moses a defender when he's been playing in midfield all season.
