I'll tell ya what I'm tempted to not only get Alonso next week
    I'm tempted to captain him

Only saw the second half of this half but he coulda had a couple more goals. In the six yard box when it's cut back sooo often. Plus I hear he hit the bar.

It will when ruled on by the dubious goals panel eventually rule on it. Bit with most sources giving it as an Alonso goal I'd say there's a decent chance it stays his goal FPL wise.

If Terry had scored there'd be no doubts about it.

He could be rested for the Watford game if the league is won.
He probably won't be but who knows.

True. Shot wasn't on target so it can't be anything else.

After review, Chelsea's second goal has been awarded to Marcos Alonso. Azpilicueta is therefore awarded the assist.

Not even biased, I thought it was probably going on target to the back post. You definitely couldn't say it wasn't with any strong convictions IMO.

Carragher giving out about assists being taken off players, I can't help but think he's a closet FPL player :pac::D

Looks like a case of wishful thinking from non Alonso owners.

I don't have him and it never really crossed my mind that it wasn't his goal

Really really need him to concede now though

Pedro off top of bar from hazard pass

I have him but 100% was going wide, you could see it from the angle behind him. Not complaining, nice to be on the right side of an incorrect decision for a change!!

Very surprised you can be 100% on it, I've watched it a few times from different angles and it's not clear cut at all imo.

As an Alonso pedro and hazard owner that would have been epic

Alonso close to goal or costa assist
Not sure how it didn't go in either way

    This is painful stuff

For all his attacking, Alonso really is a terrible shot.

I thought it was going wide across the face of goal. But I agree it would be hard to be anyway certain that it wouldn't have spun in at the far post.

For all his attacking, Alonso really is a terrible shot.

Except for when he postage stamps it from 30 yards....
