Eir/BT sports on sky - Cancel subscription

Hi I have a monthly subscription to watch BTSports/Eirsports on SKY. My subscription dates back to Setanta times. Could you please tell me how much notice period do I need to give for cancelling. Also can I cancel via PM to one of the eir representatives on Boards? Thanks

You would have to give 30 days notice if you would like to cancel your service. I'm afraid, through my channel I would be unable to cancel this service for you. I would recommend contacting our cancellations department on 1800 303 600 for best support on this.
