Filling garden Wall cracks with cartridge / Gun

Is there any kind of cartridge that would fill and form a strong bond between wide-ish cracks in joints around blocks. Would tec 7 or liquid foam etc anything along those lines, in the absence of using a mortar gun, but would form just as strong a bond. It would have to withstand the stress of anyone climbing over the wall…
