Tapioca Flour

Hi Guys, can anybody recommend any shops in Dublin that sell the Tapioca mix that makes Tapiocas ?

Holland & Barrett and other Health Food Shops should have it. Pretty sure I've bought it in the H&B in Galway before.

I tried Holland and Barret, Unfortunately they don't stock it

Are you talking about these little white beads that make Tapioca pudding? I've never heard it referred to as flour....hence my doubt. You'll get it with the jelly/custard/desserts in Tesco or Dunnes.

Thanks for your response, no it's not what is in your link....what I am looking for is Tapioca Flour or Tapioca Mix, that makes Tapiocas.....Tapiocas are very common in Brazil, see link below

You can get that in the Quay Co-Op here in Cork. Maybe they would ship some too you, though i can't imagine there isn't an equivalent shop in dublin.

You can grind your own tapioca flour from the pearls. It's a slow enough process with a coffee grinder but doable.
