Hi. Does anyone have a rough idea as to how much it would cost to build a 14 foot by 14 foot single story extension? The plan is to add this over my formal dining, converting it to a downstairs bedroom and large ensuit. Hi. Does anyone have a rough idea as to how much it would cost to build a 14 foot by 14 foot single story extension? I basically need the building, plumbing and wiring done and will have the bathroom installed at a later stage. The property is in a small village, close to Portarlington. I just need a price guide before I can think of looking for a builder for this. Thanks.

14x14x100 to give a beer mat, guess, while sitting at said bar after having. A few beers.
