Don't know about this. When Conor was in dispute with NSAC, Dana White said Conor will only fight in New York from now on and it didn't seem to bother management. I think much of the Vegas/UFC synergy ended with the Feritta's leaving.

It's more so in Conor's best interests to fight in Vegas. He was probably all for fighting exclusively in NY until he got his tax bill for 205. Vegas is much more lax.

It bothered enough people for Pat Lundvall to suddenly leave the NSAC despite previous reports she'd committed to another few years.

You might be right re: The Fertita's but I wouldn't underestimate how tied the UFC are to the politics of Vegas, the influence of the casinos, even what influence Lorenzo still has etc. Remember Lorenzo still owns a casino in Vegas, I'm sure he'd be more than encouraging Dana and Conor to keep thousands of drunk Irish and Irish expats rolling into town for a McGregor show.

Maybe because people are tired of him leaving divisions in limbo with his antics. He held the 145 belt hostage for a full year until they stripped him, he's currently doing the same to the 155 belt. Conor's fans have battered wife syndrome at this point. "He'll defend this belt. Honest."

No one cares anymore, the belts are meaningless under WME. If you are a moneyfight you can get an instant title fight, see GSP.

GSP is a GOAT and actually cleaned out his division unlike a certain coke head who let others do the work for him.

How can you be a GOAT? The whole point is that there's only one.

The rest is also dead wrong, but everyone knows that (except yourself it seems). The two top guys in the division are fighting soon to determine the undisputed champion. Conor beat one of them with a serious knee injury he picked up mid-fight, and the other in 13 seconds.

DC says he would only co-main a McGregor card, main on any other

Dana said (I know) Jon Jones would not headline a card on his return.

DC says he's fighting on July 213 card

McGregor starts his 12 week fast program (camp)

Woodley announces he is starting camp for his next fight

Do the math folks. McGregor 3 weight world champ by Aug. Fights Mayweather early December

Sorry for the confusion. McGregor fights late July that's fact. Woodley or Ferguson my sources say

So? McGregor cleaned out FW. Double standards much? GSP isn't even an active champ and he gets a straight title shot in a weight class he's never fought in, in a division that has been held up far more than FW or LW.

Your sources are no geniuses. If he doesn't fight Floyd, those are his only two options.

To quote McGregor himself. Mcgregor "DID ****IN NUTHIN!!!" He let the division do the work for him. GSP actually cleaned out his division. And did it in such a way that made great fighters look like Novices.

He knocked out Jose Aldo in 13 seconds?????????

I'm not disputing that. I'm disputing the claims he claimed out 145. He didn't. He sat on the sidelines [much like he's doing now] and let fighters eliminate themselves.

The only contenders at 145 right now are two guys he beat already. The only guy at 145 he hasn't fought is Edgar.

So was I asleep when he gave Aldo a rematch, defended against Frankie and everyone else in the Top 10?

Outside of Edgar, Aldo and Max there isn't a viable contender at 145. He beat two of those guys already. I never said he cleaned out the division but I don't agree with your suggestion he sat around and let fighters eliminate themselves. Fyi I agree defend the belt or drop it. If you want to chase history then go ahead but let the belt go.

Why on earth should he have given Frankie Edgar a title shot? Can someone answer that with a straight face?

If you're in the top 10 you're a viable Contender. And yes having them fight over an Interim title while he dicks around is having the fighters eliminating themselves.

I'm glad we agree on something here. They shouldn't be giving him more undeserved title shots until he proves he's willing to defend the one he has.

Maybe you need to realise the people are getting tired of Conor's antics and move on.

    LOL what?

You actually just said "my sources say" like you're a journalist?

Are these anonymous sources or fancy dropping a name of your high-profile friend? :)

I'm sure he is reading this and crying a river thinking what do the lads on boards think of me.... he will dry the tears with a roll of money.... more luck to the guy no matter what he has done it all and in super fast time....

I am a Conor fan, like massive. In saying that Conor himself if he was being honest would probably admit he didn't clear out the division! He had more interest in making big money than doing fights with Lamas and Edgar. He wanted to make big $$ and headline MSG and now he wants to fight Floyd instead of defending the Lightweight belt. I mean I can't blame him for that one loss and he isn't going to have these big opportunities but he did not fully clear out the featherweight division, the way like GSP did a few years ago. There is definitely still people who possibly could have beat Conor that he didn't fight down there.

I highlighted the part of the post above I thought was stupid. First of all we aren't here to discuss Conor incase he is reading, do you think I care if Rooney is reading when I post about Manchester United? I dont give a sh!te how much money Conor makes, I am a fan of his fighting.... whether he has 10k or 10m in his bank makes 0 difference to me. Yes Conor did do some cool sh!t in super fast time and he is an amazing fighter but we are free to discuss him without people saying "He dont care what some lads on boards think", "he will dry his tears with his money".

Anyway war Conor, I am a big fan. I hope he stops with this crap of the Floyd fight and actually you know...... defends a belt for once :D
