Watching downloaded Netflix shows on non Smart Tv

Hi guys I'd like to watch downloaded Netflix shows and movies from my phone on my Tv which has saorview but is not a smart tv. Any ideas on how to do this relatively cheaply? There is a HDMI slot if this makes a difference. Thanks Jenn

Get a Chromecast? As long as you have WiFi at home.

Yes have wifi but it's pretty poor quality as I am in rural area and I generally download stuff to my phone when I do have access to good broadband.
