Cheapest Car Insurance - Male mid 40's, 10+years driving, no claims, 9 year old car, 1.6L Hello, anyone get any quotes recently with similiar profile? went with BOI last year but now gone up by 150. Thanks

What is the premium you have been offered? Also what county or postcode do you reside in.

Have you tried adding a spouse or partner to reduce the premium?

To be honest OP a €150 increase really isn't the worst I've heard and I am blue in the face telling my client's that there is no point in trying to get it this year for what you paid last year, it just won't happen. Everyone's premiums rose this year, mine own included.

All you can really do is shop around.
