UPC/Virgin TV and playback i.e. on demand

How far back in time is it possible to playback a programme and does it vary for different channels i.e. RTE1 versus TG4? A friend said three weeks but I seem to be only able to access 1 week back. Also on TG4 can I get access to all programmes e.g. films. I was trying to find a particular film from Good Friday but cant…

7 days replay on Virgin but the On demand varies from a week for some to a month for others. They dont get content rights for a lot of US stuff on Irish TV channels so not everything is available.
