Getting from Hvar to Brac

Hi I am wondering does anyone know a way to get from Hvar to Brac in Croatia at the end of May? Its off peak so ferries dont seem to run as much. Any help would be extremely appreciated :P mid day would be best but any suggestions would be welcome :)

There should definitely be local transfers available but it might take a little research to find them.

Haven't been to Brac but have been to Hvar - it's fantastic - so enjoy.
