I've been teaching in the UK for the past two years but am considering moving back to Ireland this summer. Just wondering whether there are many jobs out there for secondary teachers or is it mainly substitute/maternity leave? Education posts has a lot up at the minute but it's possible many of those have been filled and are just being legally advertised. My subjects are geography and history. Thanks!

Most adverts at moment are year 2 CID probably, there wil be more during June. If you're good and worth hiring, then you'll get a job tho your subject combo isn't bad
