Central locking problem on VW Bora

Hi,
I have a VW Bora and when I use the electric fob only the back seat locks come up and down.
The driver side and passenger side locks stay up.
Up until recently it was just the Driver side that was the issue and I could just lock the car by manually locking it from the drivers side.
But now the passenger seat lock wont go down and there is no lock on that side to lock it.

Any ideas? Could it be a fuse?

More than likely faulty door locks.

Or possibly the motors in the front doors are gone, would be considered normal age-related wear & tear. Your local car alarm installer/car radio shop (not Halfords) will be able to replace them for you.

Just check between the doors and pillars where the wiring loom comes in, sounds like 'maybe' wires are worn... Anyway give all 4 grommets a good eyeball, you can clip them out and see the wires inside. Good Luck.

I have lock units if you need them, from a Mk4 Golf 5-door that I broke.
I actually have the complete doors if there's anything else you need.

Let me know if they are any use, a donation to charity is all I want for them
