As the title suggests an audible sound very similar to a spring when clutching..anybody ever come across this? Any diy fix available? My first ford and so far so good!

Spray some WD40 at the mechanism behind the clutch and see if that helps.

Sorted. There's literally a long thin spring working off the clutch pedal. Anyone attempting this fix be careful as there's an airbag down there as well!!!
