Penalty points garda clearance

Hi, I am starting work next month in a new job. I have to fill out a Garda clearance, I have no criminal record however I have 2 penalty points I received few years ago for speeding. They are due to expire this July. Do I have to disclose this on my Garda clearance form? Thanks
