Air tightness cost for timber frame

    Hiya,
    Anyone got a rough price to install full airtightness for a dormer bungalow new build timber frame. Medium size, 4 bedroom. Walls and roof require full AT
    Target ACH is 5, not looking for passive

    A target of 5 ACH is only meeting the regs. Would be best to get a lower figure or 1ACH - 3ACH. Would be more beneficial for the house, heating, BER and HRV Efficiency. Wouldn't cost much extra to spec and achieve

    Yes that is true delfagio. It's not my house thou. I am asking for a friend who is building and we are looking at different pricing arrangements versus BER rating.
    I would imagine that the material cost in going from ACT if 5 down to ACH if 1 would be nearly zero. Labour prob increase
