New small cars with blind spot assist mirrors?

Hi there,

I'm helping my Mam look for a new car, and a feature she would really love to have is those mirrors where a light comes on if there is a car in your blind spot.

I see Volvo do this, do you know are there any other cars that might have this feature?

She is looking at a smallish car like a Nissan Note, Seat Ibiza, Kia Rio, Skoda Fabia etc but after a lot of searching on line, I don't see this feature on any of the smaller cars ;o(

It's probably an expensive option that would rarely be bought on small cars especially in Ireland The likes of the latest Hyundai i20 might have it on the top spec model but usually it takes a good few years for this sort of technology to filter down to smaller cars.

It's an option on the Opel corsas, it's part of the advanced park assist, you'd have to get the second spec available the SC and then that option will show up. The pack is for front and rear sensors + blind spots and auto parking.

It's a Style spec extra on the V40 aswell.
