Waiting time for Council CBL apartment or house?

Hi was anyone offered apartment or house under new Choice Based Letting system from Dun Laoghaire Rathdown? Just wondering what waiting time is beetween expressing intrest and allocating somone in the property?

Usually the person who's been selected will find out within a week I believe ,it will depend on how many apply for a property and who's on the list the longest.
The applications close on Tuesday so it would likely an offer would be issued before the Friday when they open the site again
