whats the correct bolt to use for cavity wall

    Whats the correct bolt to use when anchoring something to a 9inch cavity block? Bricks are hollow in the middle obviously. whatever the strongest bolt for this job is?

    Depends on the weight the bolt will be supporting and if you can reach in to attach the nut. It's a cinder block wall, is it?

    water with rust it in no time and the weak internals will break.


    go for a rawll bolt . get the type with the 3 sides. they are great for these blocks

    sleeve anchors and concrete bolts wont work
