I have a neighbour knocking down an old shed he used for pigs over years ago. Inside there is a load of insulation board. Now the board is 30mm thick light-ish stuff. Not sure exactly what the name of the board is but is like Polystyrene boards except a bit tougher.

He said I could take it away if I wanted but is the stuff any good? Would it be any use to insulate a workshop? As in would it assist in cutting down condensation or cause more?

    Any photo of it?

It's probably not the best of insulation but if it's free it's gotta be better than nothing.
