    Supreme Novices Hurdle
Don't have a strong opinion on this now that my main fancy Moon Racer is running in the Champion Hurdle, backed Crack Mome a few months ago before he was beaten at Punchestown so will stick with him but without any confidence.

    Arkle
Altior pisses in obviously, Charbel is the only horse that made Altior work a little bit so far albeit only for a few strides so I think he's the bet in the without market at 11/4.

    Ultima Handicap Chase
I like Henri Parry Morgan at 12/1 in this if he jumps round, jumping has been a bit of an issue with him with a few unseats and falls beside his name. He was running a good race on New Years Day at Cheltenham before coming down. Went off 10/1 for the Hennessy, I think there's a race in him off this mark.

    Champion Hurdle
Yanworth for me, stronger pace of a Champion Hurdle should allow him to travel better than he has and the track will suit much more than Kempton etc, think he could blow them away coming up the hill providing he stays with them and his jumping holds up.

    Mares Hurdle
I think Apple's Jade can turn the tables on Limini here, she was ridden too forcefully at Punchestown against her the last day. She looks a cracking each way bet at 9/2.

    National Hunt Chase
I really think if Edwulf jumps around he wins this easily, a horse with a huge amount of class but jumping is a real issue for him. Might back him in the fallers insurance market.

Haven't had a look at the last handicap yet.

    Supreme Novice

Throwing the SkyBet money back bet on Labaik and backing River Wylde so i can cheer on something when Labaik refuses.

    Arkle

    Ordinary World w/o

    Ultima

Between Holywell and The Young Master

    Champion Hurdle

Going with Moon Racer he runs well fresh and he must be working well to go here.

    Mares

VVM is the best horse in the race and I will be backing her.

    4 Miler

    Edwulf

    Close Brothers

Foxtail Hill love the way he jumps and should go off in front so no worry about anything falling in front of him.

Any thoughts on river wylde for the supreme? Bad run at the course but 3/3 over hurtles and same winning jockey and trainer as last year.

Good man. Thanks for that. Tonguestrap on AJ very interesting. Champers On Ice has also had a wind op since his last run.

Kayf Tara's Excell over 2m at Cheltenham so on breeding Ballyandy and Supreme Force 66/1(has to improve but will on fast ground and big hill).Plenty on breeding that will canter around but find nothing from the last. The Ultima is down to 5 Singlefarmpayment,Holywell,Label Des Obeaux,The Druids Nephew,Coologue.Would have included Henri Pari Morgan but his jumping is an issue but well in.Word going around from Cheltenham last night that Brian Drew told someone that Moon Racer had a very successful wind operation and is flying time will tell .Based on last run and i feel Apples Jade will improve no end for that run.Amatures race see's meade with the fav but the sire has a shocking record with stayers here 0/10.Beware the Bear,Champers on Ice and Edwolf .In the last Sizing Tennessee 20/1 looks overpriced and is very solid and the extra trip is going to benefit Hammersly Lake 16/1in a big way.

Like Its a freebee in the Close Brothers.

Was placed behind Yorkhill and Yanworth in last years Neptune.

Horses with first time head gear have a great record in the race.

    9/1 Ew

He did win off a mark of 145 with his head in his chest, maybe 14 is harsh but he was gonna get ten anyway

PP are 16/1 Starters insurance on Labaik

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 526 ✭✭✭irish_major

The more I look at it the more I cannot believe how bad the champion is and even though I was gutted as I had a big ap bet on moon racer in the supreme, I think that he's a bet for the champion tomorrow. I cannot have pm. Will have an each way on my tent or yours also.
Going to back apples jade each way.

I think I've heard it all now - starters insurance? Are they for fcukn' real? And only 16/1? Bet365 offer 50/1 at 1/4 the odds.

4.10 Rock on The Moor e/w

On all known form shouldn't be good enough to win.
