Clondalkin What area is best:Monksfield ave or oak way?

Hi Like in the title - what area is better to live in meaning safe ? Monksfield avenue or St Johns /Oak Way? Please advise. My kids go to school in Templeogue but I can not afford there at all. 4 kids in total plus two adults and dog. Regards

Oak Way would be better. More settled area and rarely any trouble. Handy for local shops/Corkagh Park too.
