Ah it's just the mindset that they can park were they like. Wonder do they park in disabled spots elsewhere. My sister has ms . Luckily she doesn't need to use her parking permit often at the moment

It's an terrible example to be setting, not like they have to be in very early. Car park is busy at my work at 6:30am, leaving only spaces a along way form the door, but if anyone parked in the disabled spaces near the door they would be hauled over the coals immediately.
Piss poor example they are setting

the guards had an operation on ppl parking in disabled parking spots... would they be interested or would it be considered a 'private matter'

Heard disabled person recently on the radio having similar experience about a person constantly parking in a disabled person parking place despite them them not being disabled. Can't remember if it was at work or a school or shop or what. So she let the air out of the four tyres on the car and put a note on the windscreen saying 'you're disabled now'
    Problem solved

This the approach we are going to take, there are plenty of other parking spaces there. Thanks all for the input . Will bring it up at next parents council meeting, if principal is in attendance I will ask her to leave while we discuss it

A lad just told me there that bps can be claimed by a "farmer" with all grassland yet absolutely no stock in his/her herd number at any stage during the year. Surely he is wrong on this?

    hes right
bps is for maintaining the land, not farming it

Keep it clean, stick on a poultice and if there is any heat in the morning call the vet. Lost one similar to that.

Not my mare so can't order him to put her in I'm afraid :( But I checked her at 5 or so and she was putting a lot more weight on it and it had stopped oozing. She's in a clean field with lots of moss, only moved into it today so best I can do for the moment.
