Ordered Pokemon Sun, sent by Asendia. Was due on Tuesday but still hasn't arrived, at least it gives me time to study for my exams I guess.

Same. Ordered Watch Dogs 2 when it was on the Black friday deal. Was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday and no sign. Have made a complaint and the rep I was speaking to said he would "make a note" that I do not want another package to be delivered by them but to wait until the 15th before reporting it as lost.

Honestly the first and only time I've had an issue like this with Amazon.

I have had two lightening deals "lost" by Asendia and returned to Amazon.

Amazon re-dispatched both via premium delivery after I had a rant on chat, saying they were bought as gifts for a birthday a few days after the estimated delivery date.

They also agreed to refund me the difference in price between the current price and lightening price.

I just contacted them through my order and emailed them. They came back to me very quickly and everything was resolved pretty fast.

You can't see the sender until it ships and by then it's too late.

I was on to Customer Escalations yesterday and I can't remember why it came up but I used Ascendia as being an example of a useless courier and he certainly knew all of the associated problems with Ascendia. You knew by his tone of voice in his reply.

I dropped my Eircode from Amazon because anything with an Eircode never ever arrived. I've had 3 out of 5 things from Ascendia vanish this year. 2 PS4 games last Christmas on top of that also.

I was getting annoyed at Amazon because I'm sure they thought I was claiming they didn't arrive but was lying and selling them to CEX or something. It's when I Googled Ascendia problems I realised that Ascendia are next to useless.

An Post delivered me a sealed clear bag, with the Amazon box inside already opened and the item missing.

This happened to me recently. The product I ordered was an Intel i5 CPU, ordered from Amazon and delivered by Asendia. Amazon's packaging was inadequate for such an expensive item, it was just a cardboard wrapped around the product with sides tucked in on top and bottom. I didn't notice any damage when AnPost delivered it (Final leg). When I opened the amazon packaging, it was clear someone has ripped the CPU from Intel's packaging. I got onto Amazon's chat and they reordered it with upgraded delivery.

That's the first time something like that has happened to me. I've previously received parcels through Asendia from Amazon without any issue, but the product's value in those orders were lower than 100.

I ordered a game from Amazon. Sent last Thursday. Over a week later and nothing. They said wait until today. Still not here. Normal post from the UK would be 3 days, 4 tops. Ascendia sent it via Switzerland or somewhere else. Crazy. No tracking number. No idea now.

I orcered the Wii U version of Breath of the Wild from amazon who sent it with asendia. Delivery date was supposed to be the 20th but it's now the 24th and no sign of it. I got in contact with amazon who said to get back to them if it hasn't arrived by the 24th. First time a delivery from amazon has gone so wrong for me.

My phone case was dispatched from Amazon 2 weeks ago, was sent via ASENDIA.... and guess what - still not here. They're total crap... kinda feel sorry for Amazon as they no doubt get it in the neck from angry customers, but at the same they choose to use ASENDIA.
