Sam and red dress girl reminded me of this:

Probably the best couple I've seen on this. Sam was absolutely glorious (I'm a straight guy by the way). Cycles to a date and then decides to invite his date for a drink afterwards - so she has to walk with him whilst he walks the bike :pac:

The black girl was stunning. Liked her before she mentioned the kid, but liked her even more after that. Her date got a lot of criticism, but credit to him for not stringing her along. Doubt she'll be short of offers anyway.

Cork and Essex were hilarious in a way they didn't intend to be. The face on Cork girl when he told her to pay up, priceless!

The quirky girl with the red dress was so pretty! My favourite couple since the inception of First Dates Ireland :)

I also loved how he asked her 'Can I get this? Would that be ok?' - if a guy asked could he pay for the bill in that manner my legs would fall to jelly *swoons

Hey Heat wave, can I get you dinner is that ok ;)

He also gave out the impression he had the ladies falling at his feet where ever he went, who thinks he's great because he went to a posh school.

Your post smells of typical Irish begrudgay, maybe he does have girls falling at his feet.

Even since Ed Sheehan came about us gingers have been inundated with women throwing themselves at us ;)

All true, but she was still very keen, make of that what you will.

She said she always gives people a second date. She even rang her friend from the bathroom to say wtf is up with the list of his. She came across really well, fair play to all she has achieved.

Very keen is a bit strong worded. She said that she'd usually wait until a second date to make a decision.

I didn't particularly like him but it could be how its edited.I would have thought that the participants would be questioned before hand about how they feel about dating someone with a child and I thought he seemed very surprised when she mentioned it ...I suppose at least he didn't agree to meet her again and for it to never materialise.

I thought that the farmers would make a go of it and I also liked the Cork girl.

Hope the two that walked off with the bike stay together as they seemed like 2 genuinely nice people.

Yeah but I figure that was just face saving on her part. It's a bit like how a lot of them say they'd be interested in taking it further then when it comes to the other one thinking they should be friends they backtrack and say "eh yeah, I thought so too".

Wonder what the science is behind it. Some of the matches end up great. Actually most start well matched too but you can't account for humans - attraction etc

They need to set up a company their matches are so well done, they'd make a fortune.

Seriously, if a woman pulled that joke on me, I'd mentally be looking for the exit, or texting mates for a meet up later. Not happening.

Very odd thing to say, and it wouldn't go down well in Italy either.

Poor girl gets all dressed up and goes on the telly for this streak of misery
