    Have concrete base already installed.

Measurements are 12 foot by 15 foot.

Will want a double door at the 12 foot side, and a double glazed window or 2 on one of the 15 foot walls that faces the sun/garden. No need for electrics or plumbing, it's just storage space really, so maybe some element of insulation and external plastering.

Any guess as to a ball park?

Aerated concrete block walls, mortar, reinforcement will work out at 2078.00 including vat. Will give you U-value of 0.25 ( to good for a shed :) )
labor for block layers 320 blocks 300mm wide will come at around 1000 euros ( may be less).
Roof structure and tiles 5-6k depends on materials.
Window 550,- double door 1500-2000 again depends on spec.

    Thanks a lot for that.

Wow, the roof is expensive, didn't realise that it would be the costliest part. May have to look at that, slates and tiles not critical for me.

Presume I can pick up doors and window/s on Done Deal to reduce that cost.
