Stanley cara insert side plate cracked

Hi, I recently had a cara non boiler stove installed. I was very careful to 'break' the stove in and had a few light fires first. Today I discovered a crack in the side plate of the stove. Its split in half. This stove has only been lit about 15 times. I haven't even burnt coal in it yet. Only burned wood and BnaM…

Hi,

Should I contact the store where i purchased it or contact waterford stanley directly.

I've heard of this happening with the glass and the shop or Stanley have replaced it.ive never seen a side play going so fast but I'm sure the shop or Stanley would stand by it.
