HP Officejet 4500 scanner problem

    hp officejet 4500 scanner not working i tried drivers from hp website

    but my scanner shows exclamation in device manager i tried few things
    and i tried some guide also
    but still the same problem can some one help me to solve this issue

    Was it working before? Have you installed any software or updates recently?
