    I doubt it very much. I'm not sure what "here" actually is. The online dating forum might be worth a shot? There's a thread over in the helpdesk where you can ask for access.

    So anyone tried a speed dating event im thinking of giving one a go been single a fair bit now dont really fancy the whole internet dating ****e again

    I'm really thinking of asking a new girl in work out. My only fear is awkwardness, if she declines. I know workplace romances are common enough, but they come at a risk. She's a lovely girl anyway. There has been no flirting or anything like that. Just good chats during lunch. I can't keep resorting to online dating. It's been failing me for too long!

    Suss things out as much as possible. Try to find out if single etc. No point in making things awkward.

    Have been considering it but don't think I would have anyone to go with. Is going alone to these things seen as weird?

    No mention of a bf. She is moving up to Dublin with a friend in the next few days, so it does look like she's single. I'll try to bring it up somehow :)
