    Why didn't he check beforehand?

Hugh Cahill is painful to listen to.

Shame Italy don't have a decent goal kicker, left far too many points behind off the boot, would be what 6 points up at this stage if they took their chances.

Bizarre that England don't know what to do. Surely they should just keep doing quick pick and drive until the Italian's have to start committing?

I'd imagine Jones knows exactly what to do having watched Rennie's Chiefs doing this in Super rugby.

Players aren't prepared for it though.

Nearly there was an English knock on in the built up there on the deck

Farrell is usually so reliable, hopefully he kicks like this in Dublin.

    Why?

Needed the non contesting thing explained to him, blew up then went upstairs, scrum called but was a line out

Scotland might win the 6 nations guys.

    Thats it now I reckon.

Well that's that. But it's been fun!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,586 ✭✭✭moleyv

    Why?

Blowing the whistle before grounding, then checking with TMO.

Hinting to England how to play the tackles.

TMO saying he was sure it was kicked dead.

    Inevitable...

England have been average this year.. Third average outing in a row.

    But they keep winning.

    Hard habit to shift.

    Twas fun while it lasted.

Fair play to O Shea for finally coming up with some tactics.

If Ireland get 8 points from the last 2 games and England get 5 ( 4 against Scotland, 1 against us) then Ireland and England finish level on points. Who wins the championship then? Head to head? Tries? Points difference ?

Well its also pretty generous to attribute it to Rennie, he just proved it was possible at professional level
