Moving a fence on property

Hi. Looking for some info and if possible to be pointed to the rules, if they apply.

I have an existing wooden fence held up by concrete posts and sitting on about a two foot base.

Essentially I want to "move" this forward about one and half meters. So new fence, posts and base that will match existing set up, still on my property, just closer to my driveway.

Is it necessary to obtain planning permission for this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

No I wouldn't think so as it doesn't materially effect the streetscape but I'd always get advice from someone on site that can see what you want to do in person.

Or lodge a Section 5 application to the LA.
