Nissan X-Trail vs Skoda Kodiaq - which automatic 7 seater should I buy?

I am looking for a Tall Automatic 7 Seater. I have in mind Nissan X-Trail or Skoda Kodiaq. My price range is around 32,500. May I get some advice on which one I should buy - Best value for Money / Reliable / Safe/Cost of spare parts etc? Any other Make and Models, I should consider?

You will just about get into a bogo spec Petrol Auto Kodiaq 5 seater for that money. 7 seats is rought 1-1500 quid more I heard
