Hello,

I've just bought a car and have arrange to collect it later today and I need to change the insurance over from my old car, I am with liberty insurance but there is a problem..

I tried ringing them but every menu option brings me to a voice message that says that their phone lines are not in operation and that they will resume normal service "shortly".

There is an option to change the policy online but when I try to log in I get a message that says "This option is not available at this time".

What on earth is going on like? Anyone else having trouble getting liberty?
