BTW scheme and wheels/bike

Folks, I am eligible for this again. Was wondering though if anyone knows if I could get a hybrid say for around €500-550 and road bike wheels for my road bike for the remaining balance? The wheels would be considered an accessory:)

Please check the BTW megathread linked in the FAQs. You cannot get wheels on the BTW scheme except as part of a whole bike.
