Weekend was nice and today was busy alright but I'm in grand form and in no hurry for bed.

Have you ever stretched yourself short regarding work?

I have, I'm organised enough but occasionally I'll put something on the long finger and end up under pressure to deliver on time.

Do you cope well under pressure at work?

I do. I'm my own boss so any pressure is of my own making.

I'm sitting here on the couch and my beer is nearly finished. Should I sit tight or venture out to the shop?

    I'd say sit tight.

Do you do a spring clean?

Shop, if you feel up to it. I'm just finished washing the kitchen floor and can't get back to the fridge or I'd have one myself now.
I made a mess cooking my dinner.

Nearest place I can buy beer is three miles, should I go to mums just up the road, shed give me a beer or two?

I'd sit on the dildo. How would I eat the cake otherwise?

    What does emotional intelligence mean?

I would sit on the cake and eat the Lindt chocolate dildo.
@gramar I assume the ability to understand your and others emotions and deal with them.

Have you planned for your retirement?

I'm not going to retire until I have to, hope that's the day I kick the bucket.

Where would be your ideal place to live when you retire, realistically?

    Somewhere by the sea.

How far is the beach from where you live?

About this far (stretches out arms wide)

What's your favourite beach in Ireland?

Lahinch or Lehinch if you prefer.

Do you drive through red lights late at night when there's no-one around?

    I don't.
My favourite beach is at strandhill in Sligo.

    Have you ever been surfing?
    Not the www now.

No, never tried it. I'd say I'd have more chance of getting up on a Victoria's Secret model than a surfboard.

Do you know the word to the national anthem or just the sounds?

I know most of the words, apart from the past lime buy everyone just class for that anyway.

Do you go to GAA matches.

I can sing it in two languages and play it on three instruments. There was a young lady sang it at the Cavan / Dublin match on Sunday and she had a most beautiful voice, one of the best versions I've heard at a gaa match. I went with some Cavan friends that forced me to go, they haven't spoken much to me since.

Will you go to any intercounty matches this year?

    Probably not.

Do you think camogie players should get paid the same as hurlers?

I didn't think hurlers got paid at all.

Do you bite your nails and if not have you ever?

I don't bite them, but am obsessed with keeping them very short, any bit of a white tip showing and out come the nail clippers.

Are you high or low maintenance?

Very low maintenance in both appearance and way of life. Take nails for example, I've had a manicure only twice in my life and my hair hasn't seen a scissors since last August. I am seeing to the hair this week however :)

    Where are you right now?

I try to do 10,000 step walking per day but don't always manage it, especially if it's raining.

How much water do you drink each day?

Not enough most days. Couple of 500ml bottles of sparkling water on a good day, and tea/coffee

    Still or sparkly for yourself?

2 litres or more as I have a large swallow according to an ENT doc which is why I can gulp down liquids quickly and easily.

Rate the last movie you saw in the cinema out of 10 and what was it?

Triple x movie and would give it 4/10. Not quite the action movie I was expecting. Hopefully the new John Wicks movie will be good.

@73cat - always still water for me. I only like bubbles in alcohol.

How many times do you wash your hands in a day?

A good few, but it would differ daily.

Have you ever participated in a public debate?

Nothing immediately springs to mind so I probably don't.

    Any suggestions?

The worldwide decline of the honey bee population and it's impact on agriculture.

Have you ever been stung by a Bee?
