Eircom - Broser Freezing - Aaaarrgh !!

    Can anybody help

    My broswer keeps freezing - random sites and times - when it happens it lasts for 1.5 mins and then resumes

    when the browser freezes I can ping anywhere !

    Is it my browser settings? Saw somewhere that kazaa screws it up , so i removed kazaa but no change

    running eircom on the fish modem, alcatel

    really doing my head in - otherwise pings always good

    I think it's called desyncing. I think most people on Eircom are having a problem with it?

    not having any problems surfing normally, but having trouble on the xbox fourms , can get really slow at times putting that down to that site though.

    i'm on the eircom starter with the ethernet alcatel modem and have only had downtime once ( blanchardstown exchange )
    i'm not having trouble with line de-sync.

    Ah jaysus, next someone is going to suggest Opera :D

    Its more then likely a problem with your OS and browser combined, I doubt its anything to do with Eircom.

    DOes the adsl light on the fish flash during this period?

    are you SURE you can ping during this time?
