No running game, Brady getting battered and stupid turnovers, couldn't of had a worse first half really .

Falcons TD here and you could near call this one the way it's going. Patriots have been dog****.

I can see a comeback but we really need back to back touchdowns without the Falcons scoring.

If they score anything more than a FG on this first drive then it's over.

Pretty much. Every area of concern has been a concern. No pass rush, Ryan in coverage, McCourty late in coverage, pressure on Brady, Blount carrying for two yards (wasting of a down), some bizzare play calling, and over reliant on Edelman.

What I would give for a healthy Gronk

Need Blount on the outside, get Bennet going more, and better execution. Brady has been less than great, along with too many drops.

    Not looking great :/

He's the only elite guy on offense.
I think I said at the time that it was when we played the best teams that it'd hurt most. If you're struggling, you can toss it up to the big man.

Our half time adjustments will be key. We usually lock down after the half. It's needed now more than ever.

This is a trainwreck worst performance in a long time

This is pretty shocking. A loss I can accept but getting blown out in the biggest game of the year I can't

    Short runs with Blount.
Running clock-chewing screens on clock-sensitive situations.
Throwing short of the line of scrimmage in long yardage situations.
Throwing looping sideline balls to your midget running backs.

It's every Josh McDaniels' bad habit we've ever complained about.

Surprised if Ghost is kicking next year. Not reliable anymore

And it's probably time to move on from Gost. His head is gone, and he is not worth being the highest paid kicker in the league. His one redeeming feature was kickoffs for touchbacks but the new rules have nullified that. Time to send him out to pasture, hes done.

Might be worth giving him a chance to sort himself out over the off-season. I remember Mason Crosby looked completely done a year or two ago but just had a great season for the Packers.

He's a $4.5m cap hit with $3m in dead cap if we cut him.

I think there'll be a camp competition If he doesn't come out on top, I can see him being let go. We have lots of cap room so it wouldn't be a huge hit, and if a veteran or rookie beats him, the combination of Gost's dead cap and the new kicker's cap hit will likely be less than Gost's $4.5m hit if he stays (18 kickers in the league are on less than the $1.5m difference).

Are we seriously going to pull this back?

That's a great kick from Gost.

Another Superbowl, another miracle catch against us

Superbowl champions baby. Blount summed up our thoughts on Tom Brady. "Your the ****ing greatest"

**** Roger Goodell. TB 12 is the ****ing man. In Tom we believe.

Can't believe what we just saw. That shouldn't be possible.

Unreal game... I'm in shock here.

On a worrying note any chance Tom goes out now on top? Or is he still too hungry?

Terry Bradshaw asked him that in pre game interview. His answer was a fairly emphatic hell no

I'm walking around the house in shock and can't believe it. Did it really happen?

There are no words for what I have just witnessed. I am having a heart attack, and crying at the same time.

All over the shop here, unbelievable.

    The accolades keep coming.

4th Super Bowl MVP for the GOAT.

So happy with White's performance (obviously)

Said at the beginning of the season how excited I was to see how he would contribute this year but I never thought he would have such an impact on the biggest stage of all

The D deserves a mention, 14 points came off turnovers, one a pick 6. They contained that Falcons offence pretty well overall and kept us in that game with some big plays, Hightower etc when they needed to really stepped up.

The half time adjustments too, everything. Just everything.

I still don't believe what I have witnessed. Best 4th quarter ever? And there have been a few as a Pats fan

Watched the last quarter of SB49 again tonight. Just so magnificently intense.
Would be nice to have a comfortable 2TD win to enjoy tonight, but suspect that win or lose this team is destined to be always involved in ridiculous thrillers.

    Meh, comfortable enough.

Surely there is no more debate to be had on the greatest coach of all time either

5 out of 7 for BB. He has no rival in my eyes.
