Jump from 105k to 87k without Lukaku so can't complain. Just Ibra left.

Sounds like things got fairly lively in here today!

67 (-4) with Ibra to play. A rise of 22k places to 63k. Lukaku (c) being the difference, what a performance by him. Not much else to be happy about other than Brunt's 9-point haul and a Coleman assist. 20 points on my bench is a real sting in the tail and Yoshida over Alonso in hindsight was a poor decision by me. Had a sneaky feeling Barnes would score today but didn't think of starting him.

Honestly, I agree with Klopp for the jinxing stuff. It doesn't exist especially mid game week when people say stfu you jinxed it. Feels like can't post then. Lukaku the exception obviously haha.

But previously I gave a score at Ht and was accused of jinxing by many posts which I felt was hoodoo.

Anyway, what a shocking week. Need Jesus to be born again tomorrow

Serious ground made up in my mini leagues yesterday including up to 4th in the boards pay league. Looks like first in that is home and hosed though

Are we expecting Gabriel Jesus to start ahead of Kunt?

    I think both will start.

79(-4) sees me jump from 182k to 102k, with Ibra left to play. Suffice to say I'm delighted.

A City trouncing of Swansea could undo some of yesterday's progress, so not getting carried away with the weekend yet.

I'll let you know later - I have to collect my Aunty from the bingo and take her over to see her medium who is usually pretty accurate on these things :pac:

    So for today's unrealistic expectations.

    1. Aguero (c) to start, get a hat trick, preferably all assists from Yaya.

    Or

    2. Aguero not to even make the team bus, Yaya to nab a few, and Lukaku to get an extra 21 pts when he is upgraded to captain.

In both cases, Jesus and Ibra to blank, and maybe even miss a penalty or two.

    I'm out.

See you guys in the Ron.

I don't take orders very well.

Listen mate, I agree with your basic point to an extent, fellas thinking that the God's have an interest in spoiling their weekend seems churlish but while many of us don't verbalise it we probably often get that feeling of dread, take a break and come back to it. I haven't posted much here lately but FSA was always a very supportive community and talk that would fly on other forums often seems out of place here, don't throw the baby out with the bath water, I had a few run ins with mods in my early days, I still find myself in trouble from time to time on another forum here :o

Anyway captaining Lukaku yesterday saved me this time, Brunt was my only other point scorer, bring in two Palace players seems to have been a dreadful move, what was the story with Stanislas, is it time to ship him?
64 (-4) with Ibra to go.

70 with Ibra, Sterling and Stones to play.

    28(-8)

I am not even lamenting the pva captaincy. I fancied a punt at the end of the day. If I had captained my highest score r so far I'd be on 35(-8) so not a whole lot better.

Need siggy ibra and Jesus to save my week

    Poor Sergio

Yeah. Petty ignominious and disrespectful end to one of the PLs best ever.

    Pep is a strange fish.

I am happy I bought him one last time and he scored and then sold him
I have a very odd attachment to him and I'm glad our last game together ended with a goal :)

    His treatment is unfathomable

It's absolutely crazy the treatment of Aguero, even as a United fan, he's always been first choice for me on FPL regardless of price bar the last few months.

It's not as if he's past it or even getting older, he's only 29 in June, any club would absolutely love to have him.

Has to leave this summer if it stays like this, Chelsea reportedly linked with him but would he stay in the PL?

Happy to see him on the bench today as one of my main opponents has him captained. At the same time, and even as a united fan, he's been one of the best to play in the premier league and think he deserves better treatment than he seems to be getting

More important however is that he comes on for his 1 point cameo to keep Alonso and Lukaku vcs where they belong. :D

Very strange. The way pep spoke on Friday I was sure he was going to start both today. With jesus to the left. It was certainly the game to try the both of them.
He has to leave in the summer but no point in him uprooting and moving house.....for handiness sake he can just move to that other club in Manchester :)
