May want to say what is the wattage of the psu, more than likely enough but just to be safe.

Don't remember. It's minimum 650W, possibly 750W or even 850W. It was a reasonably expensive Corsair one when bought a few years back

Grab the processor and cooler from Amazon. That would eat up the €500. Then you'd be looking at a Z270 board and RX480 class GPU.

Alternatively go with a 7600K and you should be able to squeeze in a GTX1070.

If you're not in a rush I'd wait until we see what effect the new AMD CPUs (Ryzen) have on pricing or whether a 1080ti is announced.
