ebay item gone from purchase history

Hi I am new to Boards PayPal shows the purchase I made from China and say the items shipped on 16th Dec 2016 but when I check my purchase history on EBay it is not there. When I attempt to contact EBay it always asks me to select the item under query from my history.Any idea how to proceed.? Phone number of EBay.ie ???

Login to your ebay account and select "help & contact"

Step 1. Select the topic.. etc. Choose "Account"

Step 2. Choose "Billing and Invoices"

Step 3. Choose "Question an invoice"

Step 4. ignore the options and questions and choose a way to contact them. Phone, Email or Chat.
