Anyone know an electrician who could wire Hive multi zone receiver to my gas boiler for me?
I 'm based in Galway and purchased Hive multi zone kit from Amazon. I really don't want to start messing with wiring on boiler so would like to get someone that can do the wiring for me. Have rang a couple of electricians but they don't want to do it as they are not familiar with wiring. Thanks.

Did you get this installed? Am interested in this, Nest is good but requires mains and is expensive for two thermostats where as hive is not as expensive and can run off of batteries....

Hi Decker100, did you purchase this Hive from a UK based seller?
If so, it may not work in Ireland, you should speak with Hive regarding this before installation.

(FYI, the wiring is identical to any time clock or programmer) then it's a simple paring process to pair the Hub and Thermostat.

WezzyB, no did not manage to find an installer.  Went with a Nest from Electric Ireland in the end.
