Probably only the case when the new president is too right wing for the losing side to swallow. A similar amount of protesting happened when Margaret Thatcher won the UK election in 1979, her first interview was almost drowned out by the protesters.

Your hyperbole not withstanding (no-one medically thinks he's a moron, Lena Dunham isn't a doctor) it is something we should aim to achieve, a nuke free world.
