    The kid has autism

    Funny isn't it

I don't think so. That is just people making remarks.
He trended on twitter today and people were having a go at him.
He's just a 10 year old kid. Some people will sink so low.

Exactly he tried to walk towards the hotel and the secret service guy came up said something I'm assuming along the lines of not a hope man and they got back in the cars

The secret service guy blocked him from walking but sure anyone will say anything to suit an agenda.

I feel sorry for Trump's young son tbh. He's walking as if his feet are gonna fall right off him.

Gotta be fcuking wrecked. I am from just occasionally watching

Maybe he's doing it just to avoid having to talk to Michael Flatley

So we’re all agreed that the new president got jeered and booed along significant sections of the route.

Is that normal in the inauguration parade?

Probably only the case when the new president is too right wing for the losing side to swallow. A similar amount of protesting happened when Margaret Thatcher won the UK election in 1979, her first interview was almost drowned out by the protesters.

I think it's fair in a discussion forum like this to say he looked bored. Tweeting about autism is bad though.

    Watching on CNN.

They said Trump down scaled the inaugural parade, and there will be less inaugural balls than normal tonight.

Watching fox news (only ever for the laugh) and Trump only walked 100 meters in the parade then after all the jeering and boos he decided to get back in the car sharpish.

The Fox commentators ignored it. Now they’re saying he’s comfortable in front of crowds. what?

General comment:- A day that will live in infamy!!!
In fairness, he is a 70 year old, overweight man with an eye for fast food. Walking too much is dangerous for him.

Haha, Trump scaling things down... who does he think he's fooling! Might as well try and claim it was in the name of modesty! :pac:

Trump reckons Jared Kushner is the man to sort out the Israeli Palestinian conflict. The fact he's an orthodox Jew and believes the US embassy should be moved to Jerusalem doesn't seem to bother him.

Er, it's not everyday that a medical moron gets the codes to a credible nuclear arsenal.

This reaction is timid compared to the seriousness of the situation.

For all that I disagree with about Obama, I hope he's enjoying the first proper time off he's had in years. Any before and after pictures of the recent Presidents show how it ages and wears you down.

He wanted tanks and missiles to be there, but was told tanks would destroy the roads.

    Anything to back that up?

Posters on The Journal.ie say that about every single job created in Ireland.

In my experience companies don't want to recruit people on short term due to recruitment costs and admin etc.

    It's the standard answer
Jobs are only jobs if they're €50 per hour permanent and pensionable irregardless of your qualifications or ability
Only the best for the journal.ie readers

Your hyperbole not withstanding (no-one medically thinks he's a moron, Lena Dunham isn't a doctor) it is something we should aim to achieve, a nuke free world.

Having that kind of power in one person's hand is dangerous and has been for 70 years
George Carver, reportedly said that in 1969, when the North Koreans shot down a US spy plane, "Nixon became incensed and ordered a tactical nuclear strike... The Joint Chiefs were alerted and asked to recommend targets, but Kissinger got on the phone to them. They agreed not to do anything until Nixon sobered up in the morning."
