That's from the Washington metro. They supplied previous numbers to show how few people are travelling to the inauguration. It's worth noting though that Trump lost Washington really badly in the election. Hillary got 90% of the vote.

Those pictures were taken earlier when the crowd only first started to arrive there's a lot more people there, I don't know why people are lying about the attendance
