Osiris ransomware question

Hello, I have a question about type of threat that is new for me - Ransomware. Week ago my sister opened misleading e-mail and now all her data is locked and virus claim 1.5 bitcoins for decryption. I've tried every method I know from antiviruses like Cure it, Bitdefender and ShadowExplorer recovery tools like Recuva to manual guides from google like this ( http://manual-removal.com/osiris/ ) and this ( https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/news/security/locky-ransomware-switches-to-egyptian-mythology-with-the-osiris-extension/ ) - but nothing helps.
So I want to ask if it is any way to recover after ransomware attack if you don't have any backups?

Simple answer is ... highly unlikely.

Go here and see if they have a decryptor for it, but if they don't then you're sister's machines needs to be wiped and rebuilt. All data is lost

DON'T pay those cnuts any money, as it is increasingly unlikely that they will provide a decryption key.
